America Whiskey: The Farmer's Friend
Early America has been called a copper sea for the ocean of copper stills that defined the farming landscape of the day. Join us for this unique class to discover why! Mystic's own Anthony Caporale, author of The Imbible series of hit musicals about the history of cocktails and spirits, will guide you through the history, science, and economics that gave birth to our national spirits. Throughout the class, you'll experience a master tasting of five American whiskey styles that each played an indispensable role in extending the agricultural productivity of our nascent country. Whether you're a seasoned whiskey connoisseur looking to expand your knowledge of this expansive category or a newcomer to dark spirits who'd like to jumpstart their journey, you'll want to be there for this fascinating installment of our Preserving the Bounty program!Tell a Friend
