Spring is fast approaching and The Dinosaur Place at Nature's Art Village in Montville, CT, is ready to celebrate with a whole week of amazing events! Enjoy special events at The Dinosaur Place with your paid park admission on 2023 Spring Break April 10-14.
 
This event is a wonderful way for families to spend quality time together while learning about Mother Earth. This year, The Dinosaur Place is providing guests with days full of fun activities:
 
BIRDS OF PREY
Monday, April 10 | 11 am to 1 pm
 
Learn about a variety of stunning raptors in a live Birds of Prey presentation hosted by “A Place Called Hope.” Enjoy a rare opportunity to see these birds up close and personal.
 
BALLOON CREATIONS
Monday, April 10 | 1 – 4 pm;
Wednesday, April 12 | 1 – 4 pm
 
The amazingly talented April will make you a one-of-a-kind balloon creation of your choice.
 
DISC DOGS SHOW
Tuesday, April 11 | 11 am, 12:30 pm, 2 pm;

Get your cameras ready to catch this Granite State Disc Dogs high-flying frisbee show filled with high-energy tricks and amusing activities. 
 
GEOLOGY & PALEONTOLOGY by THE CT CHILDREN’S MUSEUM

Examine rocks, minerals & fossils with CT Children’s Museum presentation for geologic clues that tell us about life in the past.
 
LIVE FUZZY CREATURES by CT CHILDREN’S MUSEUM

Get up close and personal with some animals and learn about the human activities that affect them from CT Children’s Museum.
 
FACE PAINTING

Circle K Farm is bringing their amazing petting zoo to The Dinosaur Place for a day of fun! Join them and their adorable pygmy goats, fluffy sheep and baby alpacas!

Meet some of our native reptiles and learn what is special about them.
 
DRY ICE & ELECTRICITY EXPERIMENTS by CT SCIENCE MUSEUM
Friday, April 14 | 11:30 am - 12:30 pm – Dry Ice, 1 - 2 pm — Electricity
 
Participate in some cool experiments investigating the states of matter using dry ice and enjoy a hair-raising experience learning about electricity through using a generator.
 
FREE CHILD ID KIT        
Every Day | 11:30 am to 3:00 pm
 
Presenters from New York Life will provide free Child ID kits to help keep your child’s identification information current including weight, height, and other identifying characteristics.
 
INFLATABLE SLIDE
Every Day | 10:30 am to 5:00 pm (closed 12 – 12:30 pm)
 
20 feet tall Inflatable Slide! Please bring a pair of socks with you.
