Wood River Health invites you to its third annual Head To Toe Wellness Fair on Wednesday, June 5th from 1 - 4 PM. Sponsored by Neighborhood Health Plan of RI, this free event provides resources, giveaways and raffles to cover you from head to toe. Come meet the Wood River Health staff as well as representatives from many local non-profit organizations. In case of rain, the event will be held inside Westerly Library.
