Location
The United is a regional center for the arts and arts education showcasing world-class performing, visual and creative arts. Our vision is to unite the community as a hub for arts in the region and a home for local, national and international artists to showcase their work. We believe in blurring the lines between artist and audience by immersing the community in the appreciation and contextualization of art in its many forms, including film, music, theatre, opera, dance, visual arts, lectures and more.

Do you like to sing? Do you want to meet people who enjoy singing together? Join us on the 3rd Friday of each Month from 7 - 9pm for Speakeasy Choir at The United! Each event we'll learn to sing a song together. No experience necessary, all voices are welcome! There will be a pop-up bar, and plenty of opportunity for socializing!
This month we will be learning Sweet Child O' Mine by Guns n' Roses!This new program, presented in partnership between The United Theatre and the Chorus of Westerly, is in essence, a one night choir open to anyone. Everyone who attends will automatically become a member of a singing ensemble for the night and will learn a song with harmonies. At the end of the night, you will all perform with The United Theatre House Band (made up of instructors from our RI Phil Music School at The United).***Tickets are $10 per person (this is a cover charge only, drinks not included)*****Effective immediately and until further notice: All patrons regardless of vaccination status must wear masks over their nose and mouth at all times while inside the venue (unless actively eating or drinking).Tell a Friend
