About Us
New Heights is a satellite campus of Vista Life Innovations, LLC. Vista provides training, support, and resources that empower individuals with disabilities to achieve personal success and belonging throughout their lives. Located at 101 West Broad Street in Pawcatuck, Connecticut, New Heights offers adult day programming options from 9am to 3pm Monday through Friday. Programming includes: immersive community experiences and vocational training, social thinking seminars, wellness classes through the Westerly and Mystic YMCAs, budget plans, one to one counseling and individualized supports, nutritional planning with weekly menu development, grocery shopping and meal preparation for all participants. Goals are independently set by each individual and supported through the New Heights's network of community supports and resources.
